Kia ora, we have a private sleepout nestled in a beautiful garden, part of a lovely community focused flat in Merivale. Cost is $170pw which includes rent, internet, power, and all your meals (vegetarian/vegan shared meals, but feel free to cook your own meat). We do shared dinners every night, which means you cook once a week and the rest of the week your dinner is made for you! Sleepout fits a queen bed with space for some couches and other furniture, utilities located in the main flat, nice acre property with loads of fruit trees. 10-minute bike ride to the City, 20 mins to Uni. Due to us having vulnerable people in the house we require our new flat whānau member to be vaccinated (if medically able).

You’d be living with 6 adults and 2 kids (aged 3 and 5), along with 2 chickens, 2 ducks, and 2 guinea pigs. We are a LGBTQ+ friendly home, with flatmates from a variety of cultural backgrounds. Friendly, social flat - but not overly a party house.
