Decent size north-facing room available with built-in wardrobe and bathroom shared with one other person.

Main house is fully furnished and well-maintained. Country living within 10 minutes from the CBD. Large section surrounded by farmland, you are greeted by a family of pukekos along the driveway and the birdsong is vibrant at dusk and dawn.
Several lounges, massive kitchen, fully maintained gardens with pool and tennis court with floodlights for nighttime basketball etc.
Basically, everything is taken care of - just furnish your space as you see fit and forget about the rest! No pets or smokers.
$65/week for all bills including power, internet, gas, weekly cleaner, gardener, fully furnished house, maintenance of pool/tennis court, and shared amenities for communal areas.
About the roomies
Other housemates are all kind, easy going professionals focused on their careers. This is not a party house, but we are still social and enjoy connecting with other housemates over a wine!
