Mature, tidy flatmate wanted to share 3 bedroom house with other 30-40y something professionals. We have available 1 large, unfurnished double room (4.1 x 2.8m) in a 3 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. If you want to live in a house where everyone is quiet from 10pm-7am and expects the same, this is the place for you! We do have a fairly private culture where everyone does their own thing. We do interact, but we cook and eat separately.

The house is in a quiet street in Waterloo, Lower Hutt. 7 mins walk to the Waterloo interchange. The Waterloo Interchange is the premium rail hub in the Hutt Valley providing fast, cheap hassle free access to downtown Wellington.

Close to the Riverbank and Te Whiti Park for pleasant walks or a little further to fire-breaks and mountain biking trails for those who want extra fitness! Nice large back garden on a flat section, good indoors/outdoors living throughout large, sunny lounge and patio.

The owner (Kev) also turns up a couple of times a year for a few days to do maintenance when he isn’t off climbing a mountain or playing cricket somewhere.
