Furnished- you would just need to provide your own towels and bedding. Sleepout has been recently renovated with new carpet and paint.
Ideally suited to an independent quiet, and considerate mid 20s plus female who is fully employed.
Fibre is included in the rent and power would be split in half.
Fantastic location on a quiet street with a short walk to the Rapaki Track and Heathcite River and a 10 min drive to the city.

You would be living just with myself - an early 30s female home owner who is considerate and friendly but who also enjoys my own space. In my spare time I watch Netflix, do DIY, go for bike rides and hang out with my senior cat.
