The house is up the 1st north side street in Stokes Valley with a bus stop next door. Beautiful views of the river & Hutt Valley. Down the street to the round-a-bout and you are on Eastern Hutt Rd. The garage is used for storage the drive is off street parking. The front door opens into the first floor which is yours. Two rooms in one with a view, seperate laundry and bathroom with shower. All rooms have doors so very private. I share the laundry. You Share: On Second Floor is Fabulous Kitchen, lounge, spa bath, with spare BR for visitors.
