The House has perfect location , close to the heart of christchurch city. 1 bathroom shared with 3 people. Plenty of parking up the driveway and close!

Rent is $157 a week. Wifi and Electricity is equally divided each month. Bond is 4 weeks rent. Fixed tenancy. No couples or pets sorry.
