About the room

$350 for a couple $280 for a single including water, power & WIFI. The property is elevated, sunny, Double glazed, light and warm. There are bus stops 2 mins away and it’s a 10 min walk to Mt Albert train station. There is off street parking if required, with an added bonus of 2 living spaces both with 50“ TV’s so there is room for privacy when required. There are 2 rooms free, I am letting one now with a view to possibly letting the other so if you’ve got a great flat mate looking as well look no further. These are identical mid size rooms one has a Queen bed the other a king singles. The bathroom is shared but there are 2 Toilets.

About the roomies

Hi it’s just me at present, I’m in my 50’s, in full time employment and are looking for Roomies to fill my now empty nest. The kids are gone and I’m rattling around in this place. My interests are Surfing, Photography, Mountain biking, Rugby and Motorsports. Not into pubbing and clubbing, like the old days, but I do enjoy a cold one or three over the BBQ. See you soon Stu
