This immaculate and fully centrally heated house is centrally located in Ngaio Street, West End, Palmerston North. We offer a home away from home, that is quiet, comfortable, warm and dry.

Three rooms are currently available. A large single room is available at $165 per week.

Expenses of $45 per week are in addition to the rent. This covers power, high speed internet, Sky TV, gardening, furnishings and professional cleaning in communal areas.

We have a modern refurbished fully equipped kitchen, including all crockery and cutlery. The bedrooms are fully furnished with bed, desk and chair. All you need is linen.

There are two large lounges plus a sunroom, TVs, with Sky. Washing machine and dryer also provided.

Carparks are available on site. Check with us re the current availability.

We are very close to 3 bus stops to Massey, the Warehouse and supermarke­ts. 3 weeks bond plus 1 week in advance is required to move in. Please contact us to arrange for viewing.
