About the room
The property is a 3 bedroom house situated in central Palmerston North. It is only 5 minutes walk to the George Street shops or Countdown supermarket, 10 minutes walk to the Plaza. The room is a decent size, carpeted, with a closet. Roommate will have access to a full kitchen with all appliances, crockery etc. Lounge has a smart TV, couch. Shared bathroom also has a washing machine and dryer. Outdoor area is good for the summer with tables, chairs and BBQ.
Roommate must be tidy, easy-going, respectful, trustworthy and friendly.
However, THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE! Although a couple of drinks is okay.
Preferred roomie would be a student or full time professional.
Rent price includes the room, all utilities and household necessities such as cleaning products, toilet paper and laundry powder.
