O's room

Lovely, spacious ground floor of a two storey family home. Situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with a short walk to Kowhai park and about 15 minutes walk from the town centre. The carpets are new in all rooms except the lounge. 2 sunny bedrooms, both with french doors to the garden. A huge laundry and a wet room shower and a seperate toilet. There’s a fruit orchard in the garden and the Makino Stream runs along the back of the property. I live upstairs and would be very seperate from the 2 roommates downstairs. So you would have your own lounge, bathroom, laundry etc.

I’m a very relaxed, friendly single male. After a separation I have found that I do not need all of this house to myself. I’m a creative, I love photography and design. I enjoy getting out in nature and socialising with family and friends. I’m tidy, respectful of others and fairly quiet. I would expect the same. This isn’t a party house.
