Brand new house opposite Halswell Quarry, warm, tidy , with a court yard and beautiful surroundings. Would suit another professional or a student. Bedroom is fully furnished has a desk and can provide a TV also. Can provide linen also. Price includes power wifi all sundries and also Includes Netflix You will be sharing the house with my well behaved 3 year old daughter …she sleeps all night and is in day care during the week. I am easy going and respectful .Sorry no males. You will need to purchase your own food but happy to share some of our meals if it suits you. No bond required but two weeks rent in advance.

Independent Professional working Mother and Daughter Friendly , independent, respectful. A Social home but definitely not a party house .
