The room to be rented out gets the best morning sunlight with it having two large windows. It has a beautiful view of the backyard garden and our lemon and orange trees. The Wardrobe size is also the largest of the three rooms…. almost 2m long.

Shared bathroom. Two toilets. Furniture can be provided. Fridge, washing machine, air conditione­r, HRV (no moist in winter) good size bedroom. Paid mowing every couple of weeks. Security system and CCTV are installed. Security guard on site 20mins if alarm triggered. etc.

1min to countdown, gym, walking distance to the diary, parks, bus stop, 4mins to train station. 4mins to get on/off the highway, 9mins to AUT.

Pet-friendly household with a house cat and small dog already included. If you have a small pet, it would be nice to bring him/her to the flatmate interview.

Party friendly. If you want to have a party at the flat, we talk and discuss. Spontaneous sleepover with friends acceptable with permission from other flatmates.

We are looking for a young full-time worker or UNI student. The room is not suitable for couples and smoking is only allowed outdoors. We are looking for someone who is clean, tidy, friendly, and pays rent on time. We desire someone with a clean criminal record and who is not a drug user.

Jorja and Khloe currently live in the 3 bedroom house and Maria lives in the spacious sleepout.

Jorja and Khloe are 19 and Maria is 28. Jorja studies paramedicine full-time, Khloe is a receptionist at a police station and Maria works as a project admin in East Tamaki. The girls are very outgoing and are constantly out of the house and on the go. When they come home they chat, spill some tea over bubbles and share meals when their schedules line up.
