The rest of the flat is fully furnished, and features new carpet, a recently renovated kitchen, a modern bathroom with washing machine and dryer, new curtains throughout and a heatpump. A newly-installed double-glazed sliding door opens out from the lounge onto a sunny deck and garden area.
