We are looking for a third tenant, someone house proud like us🫶🏽 We are moving into a brand new townhouse located in Riccarton on the 31st of July. Great location and lovely home! Big open modern kitchen and living space. Double room comes with your own ensuite and built in wardrobe. Automatic double garage, so a parking space is available for you. R5 Ceiling Insulation, Wall insulation and smart ventilation system so the home will always be warm! The home comes unfurnished and so we have bought brand new furniture for the home to have a modern homely feel. Along with all new kitchen appliances. Rent is $630 split between 3 ($210 each) and $35 expenses per week, although this is likely to become cheaper as we get out of winter ($25 expenses per week)

My friend Alyse and I have been flatting together with two other girls in a townhouse similar to the one we are moving into, although we have decided we would love to live with someone who shares the same house values as us! We are house proud, very tidy, clean, and easy to live with. We are both super busy working full time, are often not home so you will have a lot of space to yourself! We enjoy our down time but we are also super chill, bubbly girls who love a good chat & vibe ! I am currently working as a beauty therapist and Alyse is currently working in hospitality. We are both 20, going on 21!
