Johanna's room

Private room available in shared house. The house is a two bedroom semi-detached property down a longish driveway (so quite private). The house has a backyard and a deck and gets great afternoon sun. The bedroom is large, big enough for queen bed, desk, bookshelves etc. The house is a 5-10 minute walk from Moera shops and Woburn Supervalue, as well as Woburn train station so is convenient for public transport. There is a resident dog who is 3 years old and very friendly, so potential flatmate must like dogs. We also do some fostering of puppies from time to time.

Existing flatmate (homeowner) is late 20s, self-employed and home part of the day. Relatively active and social, enjoys hiking, dancing and good food. The dog is energetic and very friendly.
