Double bedroom for rent in a three bedroom flat!

The house is located central to Nelson CBD, the hospital, and Tahunanui. You would be living with a couple in their mid twenties - one works full time and the other is a full time student. Our ‘ideal’ flatmate would be someone who is either working or studying full time, enjoys socialising as a flat but also respects each others space.

The room itself is an unfurnished double bedroom with built in wardrobe. It receives good sun and is located in the upstairs of the house, you will have practically sole use of the upstairs bathroom and toilet. There is space for one off-street park for your vehicle.

Cost - $200 per week inclusive of power, water, unlimited wifi, bins, and shared flat items (milk, toilet paper, cleaning products etc.). A bond will also be required as well as reference check and approval from our Property Manager.

I (23) am a nursing student; I work casually at the hospital on top of my studies. My partner, Jed (27), is a plumbing apprentice and works full time. We enjoy day walks, tramping, making the most of the Nelson sun, coffee and a craft brew or two occasionally 🙂

We would enjoy a flatmate that is tidy, friendly and enjoys socialising as well as respecting each other’s space when needed.
