Hi! We’re looking for a friendly person to join our flat in Hamurana.

ABOUT THE ROOM: The room is available from 13 March and is located on the north side of the house, overlooking the gardens and pool. It is furnished with a queen bed. It also has a built-in wardrobe and a sliding door out onto the patio. You would share a bathroom with one girl. Rent: $225 per week (this includes garden and pool maintenance) Utilities: approx. $30 per week (we get one monthly bill and this is divided between the 4 of us)

ABOUT THE HOUSE: The home is a Lockwood located in Hamurana, on the shores of Lake Rotorua. It is a 4-bedroom house with two lounges, a large kitchen, and lots of parking space. There is a large garden, a pool, and we have lake access, which is great for summer swims and kayaks. The house is only 15-minutes to the city centre.

ABOUT THE FLATMATES: We are a flat of three professionals (2 girls, 1 guy) ranging from 25-30 years old, and 1 little Jack Russell dog. We are a friendly group who enjoy the occasional boardgame or movie night, relaxed evening chats, but generally do our own thing during the week. On weekends we enjoy being in the outdoors, camping, kayaking, and doing arts & crafts. We’re not keen on parties.

OUR IDEAL FLATMATE: We’re looking for a person (mid 20s – 30s) who’s responsible, a non-smoker, and looking to stay for about a year. The room would suit a single young professional who has flatted before and is tidy. No pets or smokers.
