Modern 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house directly opposite the Halswell Quarry Park (biking/walking tracks and stunning gardens).

Very homely and very quiet. Lots of sun and a beautiful outside area. Fully fenced. You will have be sharing a bathroom with one other respectful and tidy female. Bathroom includes shower and bath.

Large garage with internal access - enough space to store bikes and outdoor equipment if needed. Space for 1 car in garage and easily 1 - 2 cars outside but off the main road. Lots of on road parking also.

Modern kitchen.

Internet included but power will be split equally each month.

Hello! I am Rob and I am in my early 30’s. I work in healthcare. I love the outdoors (biking, hiking, snowboarding etc) and going on spontaneous adventures/roadies and love my coffee. I also travel a lot and always say yes to spontaneous adventures.

I am very relaxed and easy-going. Whilst I am not a partier I do like the occasional drink with good people. I love good music and a relaxed atmosphere. I also love my own time and space + will respect others with this also. All I ask is you pay your rent on time and tidy up after yourself in the kitchen / shared spaces.
