About the room
Hey everyone. My name is Jezka Beckmann. And my other flatmate is Sophie Vanner. We still have a room available. Located in pukehangi Rotorua. 5 min drive to city centre. Me and my friend Sophie are in our early 20s both working at pakn save :)
Rent is $180 and bond is $180 to move in. Easy. Power is done every 2 weeks split between all 3 of us so it’s cheaper.
Room has a single bed and a chest of drawers already. Room gets quite warm in summer. Yay. Reasonable size. Reasonable closet size. There is 2 cats here already. Pets are fine. As long as it’s not a dog because one of the cats is anxious with dogs.
No muck arounds please.
