Nicole's room

We have a room available in our quiet home in a safe rotorua neighbourhood. Close to the golf course, forest and town. Room has a single wardrobe and built in shelves. Quite small, but current flatmate has got a queen bed and a TV set up in there. Room is unfurnished, but the house is set up with all other furnishings.

I am a 27 yr old female who is studying full time. Have a teaching background and now doing my masters. Work part time as well and am often out and about. Our other flatmate is a 24 yr old female who has a full time professional job. She is also often out and about.
