Jeremy & Alex's room

Our home is a almost one year old single story house with a small and sunny backyard for summer entertaining and a garage used mostly for storage, gym equipment & laundry. It has 3 off street parks, and on street parks very close by.

It is located in the newly developed Yaldhurst Park subdivision. The area is quiet with respectful neighbors. It is 5 minute drive to The Hub Hornby, 7 minutes to the Airport & Church Corner, 10 minutes to Canterbury University, and 20 minutes to CBD.

The room is small-medium sized, fits a double bed (pictured) but not much else extra furniture. The room is not furnished, the photos pictured are of our previous flat mates furnishings as it better shows off the size of the room. Painted a pale blue with dark grey carpet.

The ideal flatmate would be somebody in their 20’s that is respectful, tidy and reliable. We are not fussy about gender (but a girl would be nice to balance it out!), or whether you are a student or working, as long as rent & bills are paid on time and you keep the place tidy - we split cleaning duties equally each week.

Jeremy (25m) & Alex (25f) are the couple who own the home, and Jacob (23m) is our renter, we are all working professionals. We enjoy a range of sports/martial arts, being outdoors and a cozy night in watching movies/shows & playing board games. We are quite social and enjoy spending time in the shared space, but also are respectful of each others personal space. We enjoy our homey vibe where people feel safe and comfortable, we are not a party flat but do enjoy a beverage or several on occasion! We have two loving pets, Hana, our puppy & Jynx our cat.
