The rent is 200$ plus expenses (will depends how much hot water you use and heating, 25$/month for the internet) The room is unfurnished (currently has only my husband’s desks, rowing machine and my daughter’s play tent)
The kitchen will have everything you need, the living room has a TV and Xbox you can use.
