Room is $125 per week plus $30 a week for expenses/utilities (power/internet, soap, toilet paper, cleaning supplies etc). Food not included.

The room is big enough to fit a bed, a desk and draws. It has a wardrobe which is built onto the wall so can’t be moved. The house has everything it needs to function, but we can make space for anything you bring with you. The room itself comes unfurnished. The house has 5 rooms total, 1 toilet with a seperate bathroom (has a shower, no bath) and a garage that has the washing machine and where we store our things.

Total move in costs will be $750 (which covers your name being added to tenancy as well and may be able to pay off on a weekly basis if needed) + the first week’s rent so $875 total. Available now!

The house already has 2 males and 3 females, all aged in our 20s. We love to keep to ourselves a lot but also love a good yarn. Looking for someone that’s a similar age, and chilled vibe. Will need to have 2 references for the final process through 100% rentals.
