Poppy's room

We have one room available in a warm sunny house in Awapuni. The room is available now until February. We are a couple in our mid-late twenties who both work full time. We are not a party house but are always up for some socializing together and would love for you to feel welcome to hang out :)

The house is down a quiet culdesac street in a great location in Awapuni. The room gets great sun and the house is insulated and with a heat pump.

We are open to a couple or an individual. We currently have a second spare room so if you did want to rent two rooms that is a possibility also.

Room is $150 for an individual or $200 for a couple. Bills are split at the end of the month. Bills include power and internet.

The house is fully furnished so you will just need bedroom furniture. There is a bed and draws that could be used if needed.
