About the room
The flat is close to the Avonhead Mall and roughly a 5 minute drive to UC, but is also close to a bus stop. It’s warm and spacious with heatpumps and a logburner, conservatory, large lounge, 5 bedrooms, and a hobby room. There is also plenty of parking with 4 uncovered car parks as well as the garage. The room is a bit small … but its cosy! And it means you pay the lowest rent out of all of us :)
About the roomies
Since we are all students we are keen for a fellow student to join the flat next year :) Currently we’re a friendgroup of 3 girls and 1 lad so would prefer another lad to keep the balance hahaha but anyone’s welcome! We are all 19/20 years old and love a good night out but also have a lot of study that we always keep up with. Ours is a flat full of plants, pies, nintendo switches and pasta :) <3
