PLEASE NOTE, since the remaining flatmate is extending the house’s lease for another year in December, a $500 bond will be required for the property per tenant (it will be 3 tenants). You’ll of course get the bond back when you leave. As for the room rent, two weeks rent in advance.

Looking for a friendly, considerate and mature female flatmate preferably between the ages of 18-22 to join a fantastic house (3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet) in the heart of the city centre of Christchurch and on the river side! Currently, it’s us (3 kiwi girls)- a UC student and 2 full-time dancers who are very busy but love a quick catch up and a chat in the evenings.

Prime location, perfect for students and for worker who work in town, and if working elsewhere, the bus interchange is a short 7 min walk. Unfortunately, no car park available as the current flatmate is using it. 1 week bond in advance. $145 per week (with 3 flatmates), $175 (with 2 flatmates) AND plus monthly bills- internet is around $33 (split between 3), power is about $40 (split between 3) in summer and higher in winter respectively. Lucky for you, the very cold days are over! 😊
