Room available starting from March 29, 2024. Move in costs will be 1 weeks rent and 1 weeks bond. Ideal for a professional single or a couple, working holiday visa, full time worker or a student.

The room is furnished with a double bed, furnitures, TV, fan, heater. Rent includes utilities such as power, water, internet, cleaning supplies, basic kitchen supplies, rubbish collection, laundry powder, and so on except for food/meals.

Please no pets or children, and this is not a party house. No early AM morning finishing or starting of work please or gamers to disruptive to home, and people sleeping. Some share bathroom cleaning very minimal task.

Ideally, we are looking for someone long term who is either a full-time student, on a working holiday or employed and must be clean, tidy, responsible, considerate and respectful.

To rent this room we will require: One week’s rent as a bond One week’s rent payable prior to the commencement of the tenancy
