Kotare Street

Bright, recently redecorated double room with its own ensuite and access to outside. The room is unfurnished but has a portable clothes hanging and shelving unit, which can be removed if required. You would be sharing with a mature working mum and her 9yr old daughter, and a rather fat and lazy cat! Sadly we can not accept any other pets, due to landlords wishes. Rent will include wifi and some power. Hoping to find someone who is happy to be included in our household but also respectful of their need for privacy.
