I am a 50 year old woman who works full time. I am looking for a mature female to rent one of the spare bedrooms. I prefer someone who is tidy, and pays bills on time. This is not a party house. In my spare time I like to go out for coffee, go shopping and watch tv with a glass of wine on a Saturday.
