Bernie's room

Hi! We have a room available in a lovely modern home in Papamoa East. You room will be unfurnished. It can happily fit a queen + dresser and has a built in wardrobe. The rest of the house is furnished. The bathroom is shared but with just one person. Rent is $225 p/w including power/internet/water. The golden sands four square is a few minutes away and the plaza is a 10 min drive. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet. We enjoy BBQs and some drinks in the weekend as well as the odd games night. We try make this a home more than just a house.

You’ll be joining myself, my partner, our dog, and another individual. We are late 20s professionals who are pretty easy going, but respectful and tidy and looking for someone similar to join us in this home!
