Also the room is fully furnished with a bed plus headboard(bed in picture isn’t the bed that comes with room) and two bed side tables plus a draw if needed! A vanity with a mirror is also included. There is a wardrobe and another storage room in your room also!
Hey! You’ll be living with me who is in the army and one other chick who is currently studying her masters as Massey and working. We’re both responsible young adults both in our early 20s. 2 story house, bath room upstairs and another toilet downstairs which is super handy. Double car garage if you want to park your car inside. Heat pump plus fire place also. The area is a 5 min drive to town, supermarkets etc and in a super handy location! 2 super friendly cuddly cats too. 1 week rent in advance also :) message me to arrange a FaceTime or more then welcome to come visit the property to see if it’s a good fit.
