Dan & Sarah's room

Our house is located on a quiet and friendly street in Burnside. We have a renovated room that is part of the garage. It is a 3mx5m insulated room so could easily fit a bed, couch, tv, drawers etc. perfect for someone who would like to have more space to themselves. The property gets lots of sun, and has a nice garden. Inside is the newly renovated kitchen for shared use and a shared bathroom and laundry.

We are a family of 2 adults in our late 20s and a 5 year old who comes and goes throughout the week. We are very friendly and looking for someone who is happy to do their own thing. We like our own space but are also happy to hang out every so often, do a few shared dinners, and the odd board game night. We keep busy doing projects round the house, otherwise we’re both at our full time jobs
