Jamie's room

The room is big enough for a double bed, a desk, and a set of drawers if you don’t mind a squeeze. Gets the morning sun. Comes with curtains but otherwise unfurnished. There is no wardrobe, so you get full use of the hot water cupboard! The lawns and gardens are low maintenance. Property is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with friendly, respectful neighbours. There is a double garage with more room for parking on the driveway.

The current tenants are both females in their early to mid 20’s. One is a vet student in her final year and the other works full time. If you’re tidy, friendly, and respectful, you’ll get along well with them. There is also a small parrot, turtles, and fish.
