I have a sleepout area for rent, is attached to the end of the garage which is separate from the house. Carpeted, own bathroom with a shower, toilet, and a small sink. Next door in the garage through an internal access, is a small benchtop oven with two hobs, and a small fridge. In your room is a bench height cupboard with microwave, toaster, jug, plates and cutlery. Flat screen tv with freeview and netflix, wifi available. Dishes are to be left on the bench in the garage collected by myself once a day and returned clean. While there is several cooking options as there is no sink for dishes it tends to suit a ready to heat-and-eat style tenant rather than large amounts of food prep. Can offer clothes cleaning services on request for additional charge. Is on a farm so will be activity from 7am- 9pm potentially but will be as respectful as possible of your space. Past tenants have noted the peace and quiet of the room. You will have your own parking space directly outside your unit. And you have a wee table and outside chairs to enjoy breakfast in the sun! Would want a day worker (not nightshift). Someone who likes peace and quite for a good night’s sleep!! Non smoker.

I am quiet respectful, non smoker, 1 cat and 1 dog on the property (dog on a run when not being supervised). Not a party animal. However I do play the bagpipes so there could be the sound of that occasionally during the day but try to be mindful of others routines
