I’m looking for friendly and tidy flatmates to share my home with.

The available room is the master bedroom. It’s a sunny double bedroom with two built-in wardrobes. The walls and ceiling have recently been painted and the carpet is new as well.

Rent is $145 per week for one person or $210 per week for a couple. Power and broadband are additional to the rent and will be split evenly between the flatmates. Bond is 4 weeks of rent.

I’m a young working professional who likes the outdoors and a bit of DIY. I purchased my home last year and have been slowly doing it up since. Pets negotiable, no smokers.

1 male homeowner in 20’s. I have 2 rooms available, so there will be 3-4 people in total.
