Kerry's room

We have a small cottage in central Christchurch 3 bedrooms, (only one is available for rent) . 1 bathroom, kitchen and living. Fully furnished. Private garden and courtyard, walking to centre of city 15 mins. 6km from Canterbury University and easy walk to Ara. We are planning to travel from March 2023 but will be returning back to NZ between trips, our first trip is mid-March to June, next trip yet to be decided. Hoping to rent out our spare room and when we are not in NZ the house would be yours. Happy to take in a roomie in February before we go. Push bike for use, off St parking if required. On a bus route. This is our home, well maintained and we love it so looking for a responsible mature adult who will respect our place and the furniture. We do have a small beehive at the back of the property

We are a married couple in our 50’S and have travelled extensively . One works as a chef the other in Education/health. We are both taking a year off work from March 2023 and plan to travel. We love our house and large garden and the ease to walk into the centre of the city
