Brand new house in Whataupoko, owner occupied. Warm and modern, down a private street. The landscaping won’t be completed until the 9th of October. The room is unfurnished with a built in wardrobe. Rest of house is furnished. Must be okay with animals as I have a dog and a cat. Unfortunately no more pets allowed due to a legal clause by the developer. No smokers. $36 per month for unlimited fibre internet + 1/3 of monthly power bill. Ideal flatmate would be a working professional in their 20s or 30s who is tidy, respectful, and social.
