3 bedroom house with 1 bathroom located in safe & very quiet neighbourhood area in Manurewa surrounded by everything you need from gas stations, countdown, shops, 2 mins away from SH1 Takanini on/off ramp !!

House is fully fenced at 2M & secured gate, plenty of trees and space front & back yard perfect for your pet to run around worried free!! Our house has been renovate so pictures can be vary as we also adding on front deck.

This could be a place to call home for you and your fur baby, in return i expect YOU to be a responsible pet owner for everything your pet’s need such as their routine training&exercises, up-to-date with flea&worm treatment, yearly shots, health&well-being and their cleanliness to high standard. NO CATS as I have fish tank with no lid cover.

About your pet : READ CAREFULLY, He/She must be desexed, no aggression or seperation issue, can be left alone outside during day/night, friendly, well behave, house&toilet train is a must + cleanliness!

I am after a clean, tidy, respectful, honest, pays on time and know what they’re doing person to join my household, you don’t have to be a social person but good communication skills is required & does their share of household cleaning & most importantly NO B*sh

You will be sharing a home with me & my 2yo female rottweiler who is well trained, she is currently occupied front yard area during the day and sleeps in my room at night.

NO SMOKERS/ILLLEGAL SUBSTANCE, NOT A PARTY HOUSE, LGBTQ+ welcome

I am full time employed within government sector, very tidy, fair, honest, chill, easy going, respectful to others.
