Regina's room

Come live with us in our spacious home in St. Martins close to town, supermarkets and the Port hills. We have a double-sized room available with new carpet and a single built-in wardrobe. There is a second lounge which we use to watch Netflix but can be used as home office space if needed. The house is newly renovated with double glazed windows, brand new carpet, new curtains and a fireplace. We have a little green oasis with lots of house plants in the sunroom and veggie beds in the sunny backyard. The bathroom has a small bath and there’s a second toilet in the back.

We are 2 females in our mid 30s looking for another person to create a homely atmosphere.

We work in health care (no shift work) and graphic design. We both love cooking, baking, and occasionally having friends over for dinner or a glass of wine. We love yoga, adventures in nature (camping, tramping, surfing,…) and good food. We currently share costs for staples, e.g. flour, and toilet paper.

What we are looking for: someone who is keen on communal vibes, responsible and respectful, and happy to share house chores and the occasional dinner.
