Have 2 rooms available in a 3 bedroom house in Roslyn, Tremaine Road End. House is aprox 5min walk to Hospital or less than 10min drive to the Square (on a bad day)

One double bedroom with single wardrobe $230 a week One double bedroom with double wardrobe $200 a week Both pricing includes expenses. Move in costs $600 for bond and 2 weeks advanced (preferred)

Does have a shower/bath and separate bathroom and a massive backyard. There is a garage that is currently unused, a workshop that has a few storage stuff that can be moved and some off street parking.

Sorry no pets

Currently myself (mid-late 20s, female) and my 6yr old cat. My partner stays part time (late 20s, male). We both enjoy being active, keep to ourselves and in summer we follow Speedway
