Sorry I don’t have a room for rent now as I’m just looking for ideal person who has the same preference wanting to team up with me to find a quiet and private place in Hamilton (preferred Hamilton Central). The ideal rental property would be between $400-$500 per week with their own bathroom. However, we can discuss the requirement. I’m a professional full time worker in government sector. I’m about 30s. I will need a new place by the end of Jan 2023. Ideally I want to live by myself as I need privacy and quiet and don’t want to live with many people in house. I am very tidy and clean and know how to respect other flatmates I can take care well of the house and willing to be in charge of this. I cannot afford to rent a whole house so it is better for me to find a person to team up rather than staying in studio which is so crowded.
