Marnie's room

This the upstairs part of my 1970s home. 2 good sized rooms (1 big bedroom, 1 with single beds and basic cooking facilities). Balcony and bathroom off the main bedroom. Has been Airbnb so can provide all linen, furniture and kitchen stuff as required. Nice culdesac in avonhead, off-st parking.

Just me (piano teacher, woman in 60s) and my dog and cat. Shared entrance but otherwise my part and yours completely separate. Unlimited wifi and power. I’m friendly and easygoing, expect tenants to be the same!
