We are looking for a flatmate or couple for our sunny home in Khandallah. 5 minutes walking from the centre, busstop and train station with lots of options to get to the centre and a bus to Kelburn campus.
We have a large garden, with lots of native bush and birds and there is a big veggy garden section. The bathroom has a shower and a bath and underfloor heating. We share a large sunny launch and dining room. The kitchen is well equiped. The room itself comes with a double bed and lots of storage space. (Furnished)
Russell and I are the main tenants and the guardian of the house is Tasman the Great Dane. Russells works as a chef and I am a PhD student. We have a big collection of boardgames, love an occasional BBQ and a drink. Beside that we are a professional, quite house. (just nice, cosy and a bit social but no parties)
Move in date is flexible, and no minimum stay required.
