We are looking for a tidy and friendly roomie in our home in Paraparaumu. Amazing large bedroom available in warm and sunny home in Paraparaumu centre! Large home, with 2 lounges, 2 bathrooms and big kitchen. It has a fire place and gas heater for heating. The place is double glazed and super sunny. There are sunny 2 patios, perfect for some nice BBQs and the warm winter days in Kapiti! The bedroom has a large build in wardrobe and a small desk/shelves.
There is also a large backyard that we will share with the downstairs flat. Which has space enough to plant your own veggies if you’re keen :)
The house is located on a side street of Kapiti Road, and you are on the highway within minutes. The Paraparaumu train station is a few minutes walking and the beach is about 3km away. Kapiti Health centre is at the end of the street, the coastline shopping centre with supermarkets walking distance away. All tenants are full time workers in their 20’s/30’s, so preferred tenant would be a young professional. We are really looking for a good fit, so move in date can be negotiable for the right person.
