Hello! I’m Amelia (32) and I’m looking for a kind and gentle flatmate to share a two-bedroom home with me in Saint Albans :)

Your room gets the lovely, morning sun and has good privacy. There’s a decent-sized wardrobe with plenty of space for your clothes. The room is available from Aug 15, but you’ll have entire place to yourself for the first 5 weeks while I’m be away - so you can settle in and get to know the space comfortably on your own! Short term and long term stays are both welcome.

Your room has a queen bed (pictured) and a small desk and chair (not pictured). (Your room also now has proper curtains since this photo was taken!).

The flat is fully furnished and super homely. Some highlights include a gas fire place, a heat pump, a big comfy new couch (not pictured), a dish washer and a Breville coffee machine for morning flat whites.

The flat is in a really good location I think! Just 5 mins walk to the Merivale shops and Edgeware Village (my favourite spots are NOKI for coffee, GiGi’s Matcha cart, and Bohemian Bakery - all a dangerously short walking distance! 😅), and to get into the city is just a 7 min bike ride or 15 min walk. Hagley Park is also super close by for runs/walks. The beautiful Abberley Park gardens is literally right next door.

There’s plenty of street parking for you if you have a car. Bills (power, internet & gas) are split as they come in.

Kia ora! I’m Amelia, I’m 32 and I’m an artist and music producer. I live a busy, creative life and travel quite a bit for work, so you’ll often have the place to yourself. When I’m home, I enjoy yoga, hiking, running and biking - anything outdoors and/or active! I’m friendly, warm, bubbly and easygoing, and I’d love to find someone who’s into making this house a home with me :)

Ideally, you’re friendly too, up to for the occassional shared meal or movie-night together (I have a projector!), work full-time and you’re reliable and trustworthy.
