Amelia's room

Hello! Looking for a lovely, kind flatmate to come and live with me :)

The room has good privacy and gets beautiful morning sunlight. There is a good sized wardrobe so plenty of space for your clothes. You can BYO bed or you can use the one pictured. You’ll be living in a two bedroom townhouse with me and it’s a five minute walk to Edgeware Shops and the Merivale Shops. There is plenty of street parking and it’s also only a twenty minute walk into the heart of the city! Or a seven or eight minute bike ride. Also the beautiful Abberly Park is literally right next door :)

Bills are split as they come in (gas, internet, power).

I’m Amelia, I’m 30 and I’m an artist and audio producer. I work quite a lot but in my spare time I love yoga, hiking, running and biking. I am friendly, bubbly, warm and easy going. I’m looking for a flatmate that preferably works full time and that I could also call a friend as I am fairly new to the city. (However, I will be away on tour a lot over the next 2 months so the place will mostly be yours during that time!) :)

If any of this resonates, please get in touch asap <3 I’m flexible on move in dates, but looking for someone to move in quite soon. Short term stays are welcome.
