I have my own ensuite upstairs The downstairs lounge has a 65“ smart TV. Netflix & Prime. Subscribed . New Reclining sofa / chairs ,Modern kitchen, your own cupboard space . Beautiful uninterrupted views onto golf course. Exercise bike in the lounge . Private deck with glass table seating, cushions not out yet in the photo, also large undercover velvet sofa on the deck along with a BBQ . The Washing machine is inside laundry room . Iron etc. All pots pans , cookware . Plates , etc available for use. The property is a 3 bed 2 storey house with access to the golf course. Very private. Fully gated electric gates. There is myself , 1 female boarder , hardly see her. 2 very friendly loveable small non shedding dogs & a cat live here. Close to Bottle lake Forrest 300 meters. Beach 15 min walk or 1 min drive. Bus stop 50 meters. Only 9 k to city centre ,Local shops. Fresh choice, restaurants, pharmacy, doctors. Library, hair salon. Subway, chip shop, ++ QE11. Pool. Gym .just up the road too ! Pretty much everything. New Brighton hot pools, Saturday market , Pier a short bus ride away . Viewing welcome .

You would be employed , Love animals, enjoy nature. maybe take the dogs for a walk in the Forrest. Be tidy, clean respectable , do your dishes , use the vacum cleaner , it’s new ..be chilled out. Put the bins out if I forget..Like your own space. smoking outside okay. Not a party house. Unless we decide we want a party. Dog sitting would be nice as I am a singer and am sometimes out for a long time. Radio gets left on for the dogs if they are home alone. that’s how I roll…a loving home..unjabbed very welcome.
