Wifi and electricity to be shared each month when the bill comes in. Supermarket, movie theatre and restaurants within walking distance. Bus routes within walking distance as well. The house is only 4 years old.

I am the owner of the home; I quiet, tidy and run my own business. Looking for someone that’s the quiet and tidy, pays rent on time etc. No pets, smokers, or drugs, this isn’t a party house.
