Leah's room

Hi everyone. I am leaving my flat at the end of next month and my lovely room is available for rent.

I have been living in this flat for the last 5 years but as I am moving away from Christchurch, the room (unfurnished) will be available for rent. The flat is located in Upper Riccarton- close to the University, Bush Inn, Countdown Church Corner amongst others. There is off street parking available. No pets allowed unfortunately.

My two current flatmates are staying on. The room will be available from the 29th of November. You will be joining a periodic lease. The bond is $600 and rent will be $480 split between 3. The weekly amount paid will be $185 which covers rent ($160) and power, internet and rented appliances.

The two flatmates staying are two males aged 27 and 21. One works full time and the other studies and works part time. This is a very inclusive flat and is open to anyone. Both enjoy a bit of a chat but also enjoy their own time and space.
