Moving to Canada so need to fill my room asap!
3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom modern townhouse in Saint Albans. 2 minuet walk to the Edgeware Freshchoice and 5 min drive to CBD, 15 minute drive to Ilam/ University.
Living with a 24 year old girl lash technician and currently also looking to fill the third room. (Two bedrooms available for friends)
The bedroom is the sunniest in the house, going to be awesome in summer! Has a shared ensuite with another person.
House is modern, and warm, featuring gas fire, heat pump, safe neighbourhood, butlers pantry with good laundry facilities.
Rent is $215 but am willing to subsidise it to $180!! Bills roughly $20 ish in the summertime!
Lease is until end of February.
