Upstairs room in a large 4x bedroom townhouse on a corner section overlooking a beautiful tree-lined street in St. Albans. Very safe and secure property with well kept gardens and outdoors area. It’s a large bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and separate bathroom and toilet on the same level.

I will potentially be working a night shift shortly so ideally looking for someone who is usually home in the evenings/ at night and wouldn’t mind keeping an eye on my daughter. Reduced board considered. If you think that could work; get in touch !

I’m the owner ‘Ben’, based downstairs (ensuite) and it’s just my daughter and I. I’m a full time worker during the day and my daughter goes to school not far from home. We’re usually out doing stuff together in the weekends. Freedom of enjoyment is a given. Anyone will love the space. There’s plenty of natural light. Curtains have been installed.
